Ikon Office Solutions decided to upgrade to the latest version of Oracle's E-Business Suite as well as add Oracle's HRMS module to the suite. Several new interfaces were needed to support a a third party training application, payroll and a warehouse.
Solution:Keynetx was responsible for installing and loading the HRMS module of Oracle Applications (version 11i). In conjunction, Keynetx developed and maintained two-way interfaces to non Oracle 11i applications and a new data warehouse with data aggregation.
