Challenge:

MBNA decided to upgrade their ERP/CRM applications and needed assistance with test plans, test cases, functional support, ad hoc reporting, analysis and decision support for Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Solution:

Keynetx was brought on for multi-year projects consisting of writing regression tests for Oracle 11i, building ad hoc reporting environments, Data Warehouses, Corporate Spend Analysis, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and general Oracle 11i support/customizations.
